How To Apply
First remove the patch from the protective pouch. Then carefully peel off the adhesive covers on the back. Gently align along the sides of the eye. Use two fingers to rub around the edges to ensure a snug fit.
How to Remove
Start at either side of the eye and carefully peel back part of the patch. Use one finger to follow the edge as you pull off the patch. The gentle adhesive helps with quick and painless removal.

I have had what's called Strabismic Amblyopia since I was little. My brain automatically ignores most of the information from my left eye. I have never been able to see much in it - just colour and shape but like looking through opaque black material. Since early November 2022 I had intense headaches and double-vision multiple times a day. Finally saw a specialist and basically my brain has stopped ignoring most from the left. It is just a little bit more, the vision is still not great. But my brain can't marry the two images, hence the double-vision. Patching has stopped this and the headaches tapered off. Strange to have to purposely blind my left eye so I can function but at least it's not anything worse. There are not really any options for adhesive patches in the UK that aren't plain and itchy and any I can find elsewhere aren't really my style, so I was very happy to find Seeworthy a few months ago. When I contacted the company for more information and advice they were really helpful and reassuring. I now wear these patches when out of the house and the Flower Power patterns are a little closer to my gothic sensibilities. The sizing works well for an adult too. Highly recommend!
